The base piano track and the base vocal track in this song are completely improvised. I sat down at the piano, hit record, and let whatever came out, come out. I then added the harmonies, of course. Since the song is improvised, it's a bit unorganized/nonsensical but I suppose that adds to it in some way. Let me know if you have thoughts. Enjoy, friends. 

Come Back To My Bed (Original)

This song was recorded sometime between May 1986 - May 1987.  Used a Fostex 4 track recorder (analog of course at that time)

This was a simple pattern played on a Casiotone 1000P keyboard.  The arpeggio was set in the lower half of the keyboard and minor changes to the keys played provided the background while I played a simple melody in the upper half of the keyboard.

I always liked this.  It's simple.  It has a lot of feeling. It just makes me feel good when I hear it.
