The relaxation due to its origin and natural basis, is as old as the world. Humanity since the principles practiced somehow, relaxation.
Today science is more interested than ever in learning relaxation techniques and mastery of the body and mind.
Listening to this music and following a few tips, we can progressively relax the body and mind, reducing tension and stress, and consequently wake neurological processes that produce endorphins: a treat for the mind and nervous system.

To fully enjoy this music and deep relaxation, if you like can follow these simple tips:
Close your eyes. Focus on your breathing and begin breathing deeply, inhaling through your nose and slowly releasing the air through the mouth, with each breath, visualize expel discomfort and tension accumulated in your body and feel each breath is filled energy quiet around you, feel the music.


La relajación, debido a su origen y base natural, es tan vieja como el mundo. La humanidad desde sus principios ya practicaba, de alguna forma, la relajación. 
Hoy en día la ciencia tiene más interés que nunca en aprender las técnicas de la relajación y del dominio del cuerpo y de la mente.
Escuchando esta música y siguiendo unos pequeños consejos, podemos relajar progresivamente el cuerpo y la menté, disminuyendo las tensiones y el estrés, y como consecuencia despertar los procesos neurológicos que producen las endorfinas: un placer para la mente y el sistema nervioso. 

Para disfrutar plenamente de esta música y de una relajación profunda, puede seguir si lo desea estos sencillos consejos:
Cierre los ojos. Concéntrese en su respiración y comience a respirar profundamente, inspirando por la nariz y soltando muy lentamente el aire por la boca, con cada espiración, visualice que expulse las molestias y la tensión acumuladas en su cuerpo y con cada inspiración sienta como se llena de la apacible energía que le rodea, sienta la música.

Mashrou' Leila is a four strong indie band based in Beirut. Born out of a late night / early morning jam session at the American University of Beirut, Mashrou' Leila (whose name roughly translates to OvernightProject) fill their live performances with some of the most bitter-sweet ballads and raucous anthems you’re likely to hear.

Their rousing, sensual electro-pop anthems about political freedoms, LGBT rights, race, religion and modern Arabic identity have challenged the status quo of the Middle-Eastern pop industry.
