Loose Lips was born in 2015 as a multidisciplinary proposal focused on various musical activities: from record management to the planning of events and club sessions, radio-shows or the publication of a series of weekly mixes. 

As a record label, Loose Lips opted mainly in its early stages for the release of albums compiling tracks by a wide range of artists and projects, so to commemorate its ninth year in business, the British label is once again launching an album that brings together 18 tracks by different authors, many of them artists familiar with this project and located in Europe, America and Asia.

The release’s alchemy of tracks showcases Loose Lips’ continued commitment to surfing between rave, DIY and hip hop culture. Look forward to a challenging, outlandish and heartfelt range of ambience, hip hop, industrialisms, techno, braindance, breaks and electro - twisted and squeezed for full effect.

In between a leather bar, a derelict club, a candy shop and a house party, Ziber has been pinpointed as as the ‘hottest new queer night’ in East London.

Hailing from Russia ЯTRA has been shaping his own elektro sound for some
years now. For this “Liberation EP” he has crafted some of his darkest
and harshest tracks. The sounds on this EP are bordering elektro,
industrial, minimal electronics, techno and acid. Despite all of this it
makes up for very coherent tunes which are distinctive and at the same
time have enough angles to be picked up by both electro(nic) music
lovers and club minded dj’s.

With the “Liberation EP” ЯTRA has created a perfect soundtrack for these
times of upheaval. Peace is not good enough as peace is most of the time
imposed by the stronger party. Therefor we should fight for liberation.
Liberation of people, of regions, of cultures, of animals, of nature, of
lives and of minds. No better way to do this as supported by fitting
music. This EP is just that.
