A paradise of long sandy beaches lay beneath the feet of fortresses from a bygone age. Arab, Christian, and Roman stories have played out in Palma de Mallorca, above the turquoise waters of the Bay of Palma. It's here, in this historic layer cake that David Carrillo was born and bred. His attraction to music came from a young age and deepened from year to year, as he cut his teeth in the studio, and in the booth of local pubs and parties. His prowess as a producer is now only matched by the myriad of aliases that he has amassed over the years. A restless musical soul whose creativity strives for true representation. As Difid he curates the infinitely groovy Parsatik imprint. An outlet for his devastating dancefloor bombs that heave and sigh with energy and poise. Alongside this, he's released under both DCP & Dakpa. Laying claim to releases on well-respected labels such as @Sukhumvit-Records, @CurteaVeche, @MulenRecords, @AMAM-2 & @Caph-Records... and the list goes on. This amongst his co-founding and continued contributions to all-star producer team @Befogmusic. 

It's clear that a talent of this magnitude has creative energy like few others, and it's a true pleasure to host Difid on our series.

Empat is defining the fusion between the heavy-bass minimal sound and the micro-house influence, with a steady and raw bassline, rhyhms that emphasize his experimental approach. His style can be very different from a track to another one.

As a DJ, he is very diverse and playful. He loves to merge the past and the present in his DJ sets, playing tracks that are 30 years old to the newest tunes available on the digital stores.

He is a Romanian DJ from Bucharest who started producing tracks in 2015. Since then, he has released music on labels such as Tzinah, Leftback, Baile Musik, Vivus Records, Verbreiten and many others.

At only 21 years of age Sorin Rastoaca aka Egal 3, or VID as many people will know him by, already has quite a back catalogue of releases on the likes of Fear of Flying, Edec and Monique Musique. Proud of the rich heritage of house and techno that emanates out of his country, the young Romanian, incorporates his own influence on a sound that grows and grows. Here Sorin mixes MEOKO 116 with a selection of Egal 3 only material, bringing together a crop of old, current and future projects. Flowing with micro house flavours; organic soundscapes filter through minimalistic structures and rolling percussive rhythms. One to watch...

Andrea Benavente aka Andër , born in Baja California Mexico, originally from Mexicali. She has been in the scene since 2012, influenced by sounds from various cities where she has lived and traveled around the world. Andër is a versatile DJ, a selector of musical jewels, in constant search of different and futuristic sounds without leaving behind her roots: house, touches of the 90’s with a juicy mix of breaks, acid, minimal, techno, electro, but always with a groovy touch.

Born in Los Angeles, now venturing Berlin and Europe’s scene won our hearts with his deep and hypnotizing grooves. His wide sound variety expands into deep explorations of the tones, forms with soulful elements and complex patterns making sure to move the peak-time dancefloor to the max. His hardwork and tirelessly spent hours in studio bagged him a lovely catalogue of labels such as Lessizmore and Body Parts. Being a resident at Berlin’s Club der Visionaire as well as Los Angeles’s Standard Rooftop gives you an image that his sound is going to places. Clovis can be seen playing alongside big names as Rhadoo, Petre Inspirescu, Magda to name a few and debuted in one of the biggest festivals in Europe – Sunwaves.
