He is currently a resident at "Desert In Me" one of the most respected electronic music cycles in Latin America.

In him we find a versatile artist when it comes to playing music, where in his sets we can observe a great variety of styles, with Deep and House tints combined with melodic, organic and minimal sounds.

For our 109th podcast of the series with this 2 hour mix from Rãdul who is an artist from the new generation. He brings a fresh sound into the electronic music scene. 

His debut party was at @gradina.monteoru (Bucharest), where he is playing constantly since then. Over the months he performed at almost all the clubs in his home town (Bucharest). During his 2 year of activity he has shared decks with Mahony, Chicks Luv Us, Mihai Pol, Sublee, Mihai Popoviciu many more.

In addition to his music career, Radul has a background in Electronics and Telecommunication industry, this has helped him to quickly understand and develop the technical aspects of mixing and producing music. In terms of production, he has several releases that were supported by Toman, Sepp & Nu Zau and many more.

Mentored by his father and uncle, Robert learned the ropes of sound system setup at a young age, which sparked his passion for DJing and promoting parties. From beach raves to packed club nights, he helped ignite a new scene in South Texas, eventually bringing international DJs to his stage. Inspired by this journey, he dove headfirst into audio engineering school, becoming deeply embedded in Austin’s thriving electronic music scene.

Always on the lookout to push boundaries and share fresh sounds, Robert co-founded the record label and party brand Ubiyu, continuing his mission to expand the musical landscape.

With over a decade of experience, Robert has shared line-ups with some of the biggest names in the game. His thirst for exceptional sound and unique track selection is unquenchable—he’s always chasing that next sonic adventure.
