A pillar of the Danish underground, Markovela has crafted an enviable position in a scene that only comes with having countless locked-in dancefloor moments under his belt. Moving the Scandinavian scene on a glacial level, few have had the level of input into the musical landscape than this next level digger. Cherishing his domestic scene as if an extension of his own flesh and blood, Markovela pours love and affection on the dancefloor with each passing transition and the connection that is established could not be more heartfelt. 

Throughout the full run time of this mix the thread of emotion could not be more cohesive. From slick, stripped back grooves courtesy of Audio Werner to uplifting gems that will rarely see the light of day outside his own record bag. Segueing from mood to mood with an ease that is difficult to comprehend at times, but that is not for you to worry about. Leave that Markovela.

It was not mixed by Ricardo Villalobos  but it's his selection of Vinyls that   were recorded on a tape to present it to  Dandy in Berlin the 21 of May . The compilation was  mixed after digitalising the tape  by Dandy Jack using only this records.  It's 24 Years ago ! Enjoy

The demure appearance of Romanian artist Praslea belies his deep involvement in the music industry. With his name appearing on top events, especially in his home town of Bucharest, circa 2007, Florin Cunțan is a certified don of our scene. Having been inducted into the [a:pia:r] clique from an early age his “Jurnal De Bord” EP way back in 2009 he has hardly been prolific, but this is not where his real talent lies. With his solo credentials above reproach, it is par for the course for Praslea and his peers to perform together even at the biggest of events. So, it is hardly surprising that two artists from this family should join forces on the regular and that partnership is Praslesh. Not wishing to over comment on this duo, this does, however, go some way to explain the level of skill that Florin commands. His style blends the old with the new, adding new elements to modern electronic music. In 2007, he founded the label [a:rpia:r] with his trusted friends Petre Inspirescu and Raresh. The label’s reputation grew rapidly worldwide and is now a solid platform for artists and music connoisseurs.

Creating worlds never seen before and the constant return to nature as the ultimate designer and source of inspiration are the prosperous obsessions shaping the artistic practice of Silviu Vișan a.k.a Dreamrec. Growing up around his artisan father who was building oversized toys for an amusement park turned into the perfect context to learn about the emotional experience of immersive environments and the secrets of morphing a place into an event. Not to mention it was the starting point for the self-thought wizard to try his hand at DIY magic either bringing joy or conjuring horror.
