FINALLY uploading a simple test for my utauloid Heijou Seiki that I made like almost a year ago with the first UST I had available. e_e;; I still want to test flags/resamplers on her and remember/learn basic tuning, but I swear I'm finally going to release her at some point. x_x;;; I know she probably isn't the best, and she might sound like some utauloids already released since there are so many, but I've been wanting to do since like 2010 and I'm finally gonna finish this gosh darn it >o<
