The year was 2055 and the preceding decade had been particularly kind to Meow Meow Kitty. The dual front man team of Maze Haze and Spaceman Bond first preformed together in 2045 on the karaoke deck of their University Class Starcruzer. The duo bonded over audio recordings of earth music from 1968-1998. Although recently banned by the Minister of Cultural Exports due to it's mathematical imperfections, audio from this time was still available on University Starcraft. Preserved as an example of a ridiculous archaic audio file system know as mp3 our heroes got to know their human forebears well. In dusty low quality mp3s, ancestral musicians such as Bizmarkie and Ram Jam served as timeless communicators of the human experience.

By the time 2055 rolled around Meow Meow Kitty was recording and releasing songs faster than they could be analyzed by the Central Authority for mathematical perfection. The Minister of Cultural Exports was running out of options. Meow Meow Kitty rocked way too hard to be considered valid cultural expression by the Central Authority and use of elements such as kittens and lasers made them irresistible to the citizens living under the Central Authority. Seeing no other option, in clear violation of their charter, representatives of the Minister of Cultural Exports forced Meow Meow Kitty's Spaceship into a time vortex.

Meow Meow Kitty crash landed in the year 2013 in the North Hill neighborhood of Akron Ohio. The spaceship was damaged on re-entry. Although excited to live in a time when the music they love is still played freely, Meow Meow Kitty are finding it difficult to live with restrictive ideas about sexual preference, difficult to live in a time before Marijuana was declared a human right. The band is currently functioning under the delusion that the spaceship can somehow be refueled or repaired if they can only get enough kisses.

Never one to miss an opportunity to take advantage of foreigners, local business man Alfie Fartknuckles began managing the band in early 2014. Meow Meow Kitty can be seen on the Internet, live at various local watering holes and daily as an attraction at the Alfie Fartknuckles Beaver Sanctuary. The Alfie Fartknuckles Beaver Sanctuary is the only for profit beaver sanctuary in the Akron area.
