Released on 25th January, CHRS’ ‘In The Darkness’ EP marks the fifth release on ARTCORE as the  label begins 2024 with a big signal of intent. 

After a solid start to life in 2023, Indira Paganotto’s ARTCORE imprint steams into 2024 with an  impressive release from Catania-based artist CHRS and his ‘In The Darkness’ EP. Spanning two  individually striking cuts, CHRS’ first appearance on ARTCORE isn’t for the faint-hearted and comes  packed with riveting psy-laced techno potency from start to finish.  

Kicking off with the title cut, ‘In The Darkness’ delivers high-octane energy from the outset with subtle,  ethereal nuances and nods to hardstyle throughout. I looked, and there before me was a pale horse! Its rider was named Death, and Hades was following close behind him. They were given power over a fourth of the earth to kill by sword, famine and plague, and by the wild beasts of the earth
