The Fool. It's a story about ended relationships. The guy's singing that he's forgetting her, but meanwhile dreaming about their reunion , dreaming about how she is going to try to get his apology and beg him to come back. He thinks she's thinking a lot about him, that she is regretting about her false decision to break with him. He builds theories why she hasn't called him so far. 
All that's when he's not calling her a Fool.
