Vomvo is back with a cinematic story by the Danish artist Pete Oak. He is definitely one of the men to follow this year. Pete presents an amazing selection of pure electronic sounds giving his personal touch and offering his own soundtrack. Vomvo is a conceptual album created by Sincopat that gives a different artist every year the chance to orchestrate a personal vision of his sound. Darlyn Vlys was the first one to develop this concept and AFFKT continued last year with another stunning collection. In 2007, we have Pete Oak as the leader, so let's enjoy the journey: "For this VOMVO I wanted to create a dark, melancholic and emotional mood. I’m a big fan of the dark aspect of house music. For me it brings out a lot of emotions and joy - it pulls me into a small universe with no worries, no hate, no pain and no Donald Trumps - only love”. “All the music is handpicked from producers that I have worked with in one-way or another. Big and small artists - all of whom got something unique to bring to the table. I’m really thrilled and proud with the result. Buenos Aires born and raised Exequiel Catania started his Dynacom project in 2015. A musical project dedicated entirely to deep & progressive sounds, heavily influenced by artists such as Hernan Cattaneo, Guy J, Guy Mantzur, Sasha, among others.

The skilled Argentinian producer has already managed to built up quite an impressive discography, with releases on labels such as Balkan Connection, Soundteller Records and his own Auditen Music.

We're very happy to welcome him on board- as his sound perfectly fits the funky and groovy progressive house taste of label head honcho Francesco Pico. Three tracks of pure dance floor bliss here, which can only be the start of more to come from the Dynacom vs Magnitude connection!

We thus also become subject to sudden and unpredictable changes of moods and to whims and caprice of life. Like the planet Mercury, we split into two. Our one-half freezes in endless darkness, while the other half glitters with a perfect shade of orange under the rays of our one and only sun. We thus become the Mercurials. We live through different tones of life, swinging from ice to fire.

Certain life experiences evoke certain emotions, and these emotions, at once, push thoughts to the surface - thoughts that puncture our life. An experience thus turns into an anchor that we hold fast and remember forever.

Contrary to traditional music labels, Mercurial Tones is about these experiences which are simultaneously fleeting and enduring, dislocating and connecting.  

The Mercurial Tones is about us; it is about the ceaseless battle that we fight with ourselves, creating this Mercurial cacophony. And it is about our story which will resonate throughout the universe, carving out a piece of art from this formless, anarchic background.
