Label boss - Bønehead, brings forth the raw, distorted energy of grunge with the fragmented rhythms of breakbeat for his new EP titled 'Xenøflux'. With a rebellious spirit and production that embraces imperfection and spontaneity, he draws inspiration from the percussive side of underground rave music, as well as dubstep, jungle, and hardcore.

Industrial, intricate and tense, Mercy System’s music occupies a shadowy middle ground between bass-heavy genres like techno, garage, dubstep and grime. His productions are rhythmically charged and emotionally dense, merging club intensity with cinematic atmosphere.

Raised in a small town on the outskirts of Manchester, he first cut his teeth playing drums in hardcore and metal bands before discovering the raw power of electronic music. This deep-rooted fascination with rhythm continues to shape his sound, as does a lasting obsession with sci-fi, horror and immersive world-building.

Mercy System’s releases have landed on labels such as Voitax, Of Paradise, Different Intel, MELD, Miracle Drug, and More Cowbell, consistently pushing a bold and forward-thinking aesthetic. His work has garnered support and airplay on Rinse FM, BBC Radio 6 Music, Ilian Tape Podcast, The Lot Radio, Keep Hush, and more—earning a reputation for fusing underground grit with sonic precision.

JUDDER label presents Judder Compilation #3: a new collection of tracks from bass-oriented music producers.

This time, the compilation brings together 16 tracks from producers around the world — both emerging and established — as well as live artists who create music exclusively using hardware.

As always, the release showcases a wide spectrum of electronic bass music, with tempos ranging from 120 to 170 BPM. JUDDER continues to blend diverse approaches to sound and push the boundaries of the genre.
