Meriç first started DJing at venues and festivals with DJ collectives like Neon Vice and Radio Zula. Soon he started to gain recognition for remixing and editing forgotten classic songs of Turkey. Blending ethnic elements with a modern sound, his work rapidly found place in playlists and DJ sets.  His efforts to revive the rich multicultural musical heritage of Anatolia didn't go unnoticed and started drawing attention from other DJs and producers.
