It was always at the deeper end of my sound and the goal of the "Deep Space Remix" was to see how much deeper it could go. It is the only track I've written in the last few years and took over a year to complete it, with short blocks of studio time slotted in between travel and work. I'm totally stoked to have the support of all the other artists on this release who have all taken the track in their own wondrous and unique directions.

By now you will have heard me raving on about Grouch on facebook. For me, and many others, he is one of the true masters of psychedelic music, and a hugely inspiring character! I got to spend a couple of days with him when I was in Australia earlier this year, and we played around on our laptops, producing as many cool sounds as we could in the time we had. After this, we went home and each produced a track using those sounds as the basis. This is my version, and it will be coming out on Broken Robot in December 2012. Grouch's version will be coming out sometime in 2013, i'll keep you posted!
