Mechanism is a Rotterdam based organisation focussing on presenting and releasing adventurous techno driven music. The platform explores the boundaries between forefront audio visual explorations and experimental clubculture. The aim of Mechanism is to push the limits of the sonic pallet and to contribute to the intersection of dance floor rituals and abstract sensory experiences. Besides organizing experimental club nights, the organisation runs the Mechanism record label which releases vanguard electronic music emerging from human machine interactions.

The first release of the label is by Rotor Militia.

Rotor Militia is a electronic music project duo from Rotterdam. Their music is a combination of techno driven digital dance floor beats and hypnotic abstract layers of ritualistic and synthetic sounds.
