LISTEN

MERV HENRY (keyboardist), was born in London England, and has been a resident of Toronto since 1970.

 Music being his passion, Merv pursued the keyboard at an early age, with a keen interest in the genre of jazz music. Smoothkeys, a Toronto band formed and headlined by Merv 5 years ago, currently graces the music scene with their unique sound of smooth jazz. In addition, Merv plays for various groups, and solo artists, both locally and internationally.

 Of notable mention, the late Kevin Schafer from Oshawa Ontario, who was a great teacher in jazz and orchestra music, co-produced an album “Protocol” with Merv Henry.

 For more than 3 decades, Merv Henry has been dedicated to playing and writing music to impact lives through his passion and love for music.
