As a Full Sail University student, the assignment was to create a full production from the beat, vocals, mixing, and mastering. I really wanted to incorporate everything that I have learned from Full Sail so far into this project, and this is my first official production, so therefore, it is truly one that I can be proud of for years to come. Mesha-P wanted to keep this track with plenty of character, charisma, attitude, and open-mindedness in mind. With hopes to reach her fans, she needed something that would make those suffering think outside the box to better ones self. She realizes that at first, it's okay with being mentally incompetent, as long as you are able to accept and embrace your flaws, and then once you know better, you'd do better. Becoming fully "Competent" is the most important part.
