Prime Portuguese power on EarToGround this month as we introduce the excellent A Thousand Details to the label.  In recent years this Porto based producer has established himself at the forefront of Portugal´s next generation of Techno artists with releases on many prolific labels such as TH Tar Hallow, Mord, Hayes and his own ATD imprint. 

With strong connections to his time spent in London, this aptly named, four track EP entitled Shadwell is the perfect demonstration of his expertise and ability as a fundamental producer of our beloved genre. Moving through emotive leads and shuffled melodies, tracks included sit perfectly in any serious playlist.

Peer is the underground techno label from San Francisco, USA that has featured contributions from Drumcell, Uun and Insolate.

'Kide' is a four-track EP by Spanish DJ and producer Judy. His thought-provoking style has found releases on Fernanda Martins' Devotion, Joton's Newrhythmic, BCCO, and Pushmann's N&N Records.

March 2019, Iceland, Catartsis & Ida traverse vast expanses of snow and ice. All ears with microphones in hand, they fade in a multitude of topographies guided by the acoustic subtleties of a melting world. "Ice Collage" lures us into an Arctic fog swollen by the uncanny impression of geo-presences. Recordings of thawing landscapes, lithic crumblings, and breathing geothermal soils animate the 3 tracks of the EP into a blend of bass and ambient music.

Nahuel Rodriguez, better known as "Mesh Convergence", is a Spanish electronic music producer whose work has significantly impacted the techno scene. Currently residing between Granada and Madrid, his roots are firmly planted in techno. However, his musical explorations extend to Electro, Breakbeats, Jungles, Drum & Bass, and IDM, reflecting his broad musical interests and versatility.
Nahuel's journey into music began with a love for Linkin Park and metal in 2006, eventually evolving into an interest in electronic music by 2010. However, his reconnection with techno in 2020 truly defined his current musical direction. His sound has been shaped by various techno producers from the Iberian Peninsula, resulting in a unique blend of styles that sets him apart in the electronic music scene.
His music, a product of emotion and experimentation, offers an intense and addictive listening experience. It has been released on esteemed labels such as Faut Section, Edit Select, Children of Tomorrow, Utopia, TMM, Sungate, Subsist, BAHN-, Signal, Arido, NYXII, and Diffuse Reality, among others. His tracks have found their way into the sets of renowned artists like DVS1, Laurent Garnier, Rødhad,Takaaki Itoh, Setaoc Mass, Lewis Fautzi, Fabio Florido, HD Substance, Pfirter, Adriana Lopez, Ribé, Viels, Vincent Neumann, Blazej Malinowski and more, resonating in iconic venues such as Berghain, Awakenings, Luna Park, Sisyphos, Fabrik, and Tresor.
