This once-off gem was recorded in 2006, not long after I turned 19. My friend Ben introduced me to the genre of Grindcore, and was instrumental in expanding my musical horizons. In a night of ridiculous, drunken oafishness, we created a joke-band called "The Death Rangers," which was nothing more than hap-hazardous, creative, stream-of-consciousness, comedic rubbish.

Amazingly, we found the will and determination to create "Rail," and put this song, divided into two "measures," together. Ben programmed the drums and provided vocals, while I laid down guitars for the track. It was a very different experience for me, but I was overjoyed with the result - a track we produced by ourselves, in Ben's rather small bedroom. Incidentally, Ben's cousin, Patrick, a former member of the KZN Youth Orchestra, provided violin on the clean section of the song...

I know i already posted this but it had a glitchy sound in it and i couldn't stand it....it still has some issues, a few glitchy parts and that damn slide at the beginning but i like it.
