Sergei Orange is quickly becoming one of our favorite artists. He is releasing some of the coolest tracks in the world. Complex, yet simple. Funky and progressive feels resonate throughout Bootstrap with the elongated bass risers and filtered reeses, groovy pianos and sultry vocals that will have your body in a trance state and you will love every second of it. 

Nipponeer Records being based in Tokyo, Japan; was founded by Hiroshi Fukuma in 2003. This is the 112th release of the label, while the first EP came out in 2009 - aiming to reach a place of solely ageless and quality music, where time has got no dimension.

Andrei Voica, aka Mesmer, has started his affair with producing electronic music, and synthesizers, and music software, in 2002 and has been building up an international following ever since. 

Hailing from Bucharest, Romania, Mesmer has quickly become known as one of the ﬁnest producers the country has to oﬀer and has had support from many of the biggest names around: Annie Nightingale on Radio One, Jay Cunning on Kiss FM, Matt Darey's “Nocturnal” and many more.

As of 2009, as well as producing stomping tunes and remixes for many of the major labels around, Mesmer has launched his own recording label Scarcity, which has won the “Best New Label” category at the international awards Breakspoll in 2011 in London, UK.

Mesmer's a true breakbeat and electronic music pioneer from Romania, who's productions continue to gather international support.
