In the words of the artists, this release is “embodies tunes that will take you on a juvenile journey filled with colours, glitchy breaks, ageless rolling basses and bouncy melodies filled with optimistic hope of brain damage. This is the recording of my New Years eve set at Twisted Frequency festival in Aotearoa (South Island New Zealand) 2023-24.

It was an honour to play in that magical valley surrounded by beautiful people and powerful mountains and I felt an immense release doing so.

This set is dedicated to the late Sam Vardy/Zimbardy & I joyfully felt his presence throughout the entire festival <3

Evolution Of A Revolution

Messy Mass is Mads Christensen, born in 1983 in Denmark. A random guy from the middle of a global nowhere land. Messy likes music in X-moll, always skeptic, smiling, grumping, drinking, walking never running, talking (some say a lot), smoking and on regular occassions enjoys the company of old, good and new friends.

The Messy Mass project is based on making funky psychedelic dance tunes with a twist of something odd! If it makes people smile and dance, the project and I are happy! ;)

I've been influenced by shitloads of things purely musical, but especially one of the aspects about music and music industry that I really feel the need to emphasize is: This project is (for most parts) free and u can download all the music u want, no charge... :D
