Alternative rock band formed in 2018 in Charlotte, North Carolina and started recording their first album right away. After finishing and releasing it the band was fully put together in mid 2019 when guitarist Sean Brunelle joined the band.

Influenced by 90's grunge and early 2000's alternative rock music Messy Stains is not about to be perfect, it's far from it. We are just trying to express our feelings in the most sincere way, the way we are, without making it look pretty, nicer or more comfortable to listen. If we're just messy stains on the surface of life, so be it.
