[Asgore]: "Indeed, it is quite strange! I myself somehow feel the same way but I just have a hard time trying to remember it."
[Toriel]: "Hmm, perhaps we will be able to recall it in the right moment."
[Asgore]: "Agreed."
[Asgore]: "Besides, it takes only a "specific" something to remind us of the past, and possibly our relationship back then!"
[Toriel]: "Right..."
[Toriel]: "Please forgive me and my husband."
[Toriel]: "Our memory is not as strong as when we were younger..."
[Toriel]: "Oh and by the way, my name is TORIEL."
[Toriel]: "If it's any consolation, why don't you join us in our little picnic party while my husband is going birdwatching with his friends?"
[Toriel]: "You can try a few slices of my delicious homemade pie if you want!"
[Asgore]: "Or maybe you can come with me too!"
[Asgore]: "There is never enough room for us to take a long walk around the park while sharing stories."
[Toriel]: "Err... Asgore, my dear, I do not think we should push them to engage in such physical activity, at least not yet."
[Toriel]: "Look at how exhausted they are. They have just left the Empress' fortress."
[Toriel]: "Who knows what they have gone through in that place..."

Decidedly, Toriel takes the role of Papyrus. She's that type of grandma who makes a lot of cookies to make her grandchildren happy. The reason she looks so old is because her son Asriel is still alive and growing. Nevertheless, she is happier and is living the life she's always wanted! In a way, her character feels complete with a lot of development done in the background. Especially with the fact that she and Asgore have a healthier relationship here. 

Even though the leitmotif that's being played here is Fallen Down, it's modified to sound less repetitive, varied, and more complete which represents that she's happily living her life to the fullest. The title of the track is also the opposite of "Fallen Down" to support the said idea!
