This album digs deep — straight into the dark, ugly corners of what it means to be human. It’s not just music. It’s an autopsy of the mind — tearing open the layers of sanity, fear, obsession, and decay to see what’s really festering underneath.

It’s about the sick joke of progress — how we build faster, think smarter, and still destroy everything we touch. We’ve learned to control machines but not ourselves. It’s a mirror held up to everything we’ve become: fractured, addicted, lost inside the noise we created.

Underneath all the polish and the fake perfection, we’re still animals — scared, violent, hungry for meaning. This record is about that collision: the primal instincts fighting against the world we built to hide them.

It’s also about how connection has died. We scroll, we consume, we perform — but we don’t feel. We’re desperate to be seen in a world that’s gone completely blind.

Psychologically, it’s a dive into madness — into obsession, trauma, addiction, and self-destruction. The mind as both the cage and the battlefield. Salvation and ruin bleeding into each other until you can’t tell them apart.

Like Chaplin said: “We have developed speed, but we have shut ourselves in.”
This album is that paradox — a soundtrack to the chaos of evolution without direction.

It’s not a sermon or a cry for help. It’s a confrontation.
A reminder that the rot isn’t out there — it’s inside.

Skeumorph Plauge – Norsk Blackmetal Epistel 667

Album­beskrivning

"Norsk Blackmetal Epistel 667" är ett skoningslöst manifest från Skeumorph Plauge – ett projekt som tar den klassiska nordiska blackmetalen och driver den ännu längre in i det okända, mot gränsen där verkligheten börjar brinna och kyrkans skuggor får eget liv.

Albumet är som en förbjuden predikan framförd i en övergiven träkyrka, där ögonen i himlavalvet vakar över lyssnaren. Varje spår är som en epistel, en förvriden skrift av mörker, vansinne och andlig kollaps. Här finns inga kompromisser, inga ljusglimtar – bara rå, iskall atmosfär, raspig ondskefull sång och djupa, rituella riff.

Låtlistan är ett helvetiskt kapitel för kapitel:

"Svarta Madame" öppnar albumet med en okult viskning som exploderar i blackmetal-raseri.

"Dozer för Död" rullar fram som en begravningsmaskin i natten.

"Guds Makt i Mörkrets Natt" är en blasfemisk hymn som slår hål på alla illusioner om frälsning.

"Svartfluff" — en lurigt mörk, nästan grotesk tolkning av det absurda i det onda.

"Mörk Förstörelse" bryter ner allt i sin väg med dissonans och eld.

"Galen Läkare" introducerar vansinnet: ritualistiska riff, skrik direkt från asylets väggar.

"Ljusets Mörker" inverterar allt hopp som finns kvar.

"Tätnande Dimmor" är iskall norsk atmosfär i sin renaste form.

"Xtrimus Sinister" – teknik, kaos och demonisk precision.

"Norges Mörka Natt" är ett crescendo av frost och helig profanering.

"Ondskans Bullfest" avslutar albumet i ett destruktivt virvelhav av aggressivitet och extas.

Detta är inte ett album – det är en förbannelse.
En svartmetallisk epistel skriven med tjära, blod och förvrängd nordisk mytologi.
