PANORAMAXX invite ABSTRAAL 018

One more year, and with some delay, I resubmit my compilation of the best selection of the tracks that I have played in Mixcloud and Soundcloud, the last year 2021, from my perception and personal taste. 

In previous years, I have prepared a compilation of all the styles, mixing in a same session. This year, I have wanted to do a compilation only of an unique styles, because of all the commitments and collaborations that I have had the last year, and where I could to do a compilation for each style that I have played , due to volume of all collaborations that I have had. This year I have focuses, in which all the tracks have or coexist within the deep style, which is one of the styles that I like the most. One more time, I want to thanks to all collaborates, and to all of persons that they have wanted to share with me a musical moment, through B2B, Guest shows or Radio shows, also to all the people who have proposed me good projects for the future, and of course to all the people to have supported me, and that they have dedicated their valuable time listening the most of my session and specially to listen and support my two channels. This is always very motivating and this always help to continue to working for this wonderful music world, where fortunately, I have met great people, Djs, producers, and collaborates. For everyone… A big hug and my best wishes for all. I hope you like this session full of great tracks, great producers and knowing that I have had to leave a lot of great tracks and great producers out, simply because I have tried to build a very dynamic session in sometimes, with a lot of feeling in others, and I always try when I play what I like the most, is that your body vibrates, and motivates you to dance. Raised in the multicultural haven of Toronto, 6RAJ began collecting, curating and mixing diverse dance music at the young age of thirteen. After taking up scholarship in the Netherlands and South Africa, 6RAJ returned to North America with deep dancefloor sets inspired by the sounds of global deep house, melodic techno and afrotech. Now based in Montréal, 6RAJ has garnered international appreciation for their unique style of dark afro-inspired melodic techno: their most requested ID of 2021 was played by techno legend Richie Hawtin on New Years’ Eve and his unreleased music has been supported by DJs on Afterlife, Desert Hearts Black, Steyoyoke and Stil Vor Talent, among others.

Started of as an humble underground producer, making analog music from his parents cellar, not knowing that one day he would gain the support of the biggest artists in the scene such as Solomun, Laurent Garnier - Magdalena - Goldfox - Fideles - Undercatt - Kevin de vries - Innellea - Wally lopez and many others.

After a break in the 2000's, he closely and carefully prepared a comeback in 2020.
Armed with an even deeper and more refined understanding of his craft, he has signed with two big international labels. His comeback EP was released at the start of 2020 and showcases Nicko’s latest boundary-bending evolution of his signature genres.

Soul-stirring soundscapes and venomously synth-dripped hooks roar through dancefloors far and wide. Thousands of party-goers continue to get hooked on the fresh, techno-infused stylings of one of Belgium's most promising underground DJs and producers.

Julie Petrecca was born in 1981 in Montreal. Since childhood, Julie is introduced to music as she grows up practically in the recording studio own by her father. He quickly transmits his passion and his interest for the world of music to his daughter.

In her late teen, she discovers Electronic music and her passion for music grows even more. All these years of musical culture and the well kept connection to this particular universe, Julie's taste develops in several categories of Electronic music from Underground Deep House, Funky House, Jackin, Electronica, Organic House, Progressive House, Melodic House & Techno, Techno, Hard Techno, Tech House and Atmospheric DnB ... nevertheless Julie prefers the underground sounds ;)
