Poem based on the magical mythical Ukrainian love story of the early 20th century, Mavka’s monologue from “The Forest Song” by Lesya Ukrainka. Original poem adaptation, translation by Olha Korovina.

Погляд у простір безмежного сяяння зіркового.

У полі безгравітаційного тяжіння.

 

“О, не журися за тіло!

Ясним вогнем засвітилось воно,

чистим, палючим, як добре вино,

вільними іскрами вгору злетіло.


Легкий, пухкий попілець

ляже, вернувшися, в рідну землицю,

стане початком тоді мій кінець.


Я обізвуся до них

шелестом тихим вербової гілки,

голосом ніжним тонкої сопілки,

смутними росами з вітів моїх.

Я їм тоді проспіваю

все, що колись ти для мене співав,

“Transtopia”

 This set was executed at Riposte London. 
 It was presented with a choreographed performance piece - a journey through queer experience within the contemporary social paradigm. Showcasing the queer community as a collective reality. This realm exists because we believe in it and we create it, eventually becoming a part of it. 
The performance is a ritual of release of an individual identity and initiating it into the liberating communal experience.
A journey focused on showing the mutual dependence of the collective and the individual. One can not exist without the other.

Metaraph is a multidisciplinary artist based in Berlin, they are a jewellery designer, DJ, music producer, dancer, and performance artist.
They took over the London queer underground techno scene in the last 3 years as a performance artist and DJ, performing and playing for parties as Kaos, Inferno, Berlin Berlin, Dalston Superstore, Monsterqueen, Papa Loko, but also played in Jaded London and also abroad Uk, as Germany, France and Ukraine.
This year they released their first ep Motus Animi on TSA records(Chile) and also a single for the VA of Hardest soft(Berlin) and they just relocated to Berlin.

They are known for their fast, industrial, ethereal, raw and melancholic journeys, created through their DJ set, oscillating from industrial hardtechno, to rave, hardcore, hardstyle and trancey melodies.
Shapeshifting between hope and darkness, Metaraph' s sets aims to transcend from the inner chaos to a higher vibrational state of existence.

After the incredible response to ​xanah​’s 'Break My Heart, Take Me Slaughter' EP-released through the Soul Feeder record label last year in 2020, they enlisted an entire team of digital all-stars to assist in bringing a completely new perspective to every track and keep the spirit going in 2021.

Stocked and loaded with a diverse lineup of talented producers lending their talents and time to reinvigorating ​xanah​’s music with their own innovative styles, the ​Break My Heart, Take Me Slaughter (Remixes) EP​ features artists gathered from throughout the EDM scene, including
CORROID​, ​Elninodiablo​, ​Dmitrievna​, ​Lou Kessler​, ​Metaraph​, ​Okay Vivian​, ​Sin Maldita​, ​and pax_x​. ​
