Cold and unfeeling eyes;

Ladies and gentlemen,
Do you remember when
We, as a people, first
Longed to conquer the skies?
NO! This is as great as gold!
This is our highest goal!
This is what our fathers’
Fathers dreamt of, to rise!

So, take a look to the ground
That we once stood our ground on,

We’re flying away now!

Even the skies are ours!
So, what’s stopping us, now?
We can take flight to stars,

For all of the good that they did.

Heroes can come from anywhere,
From villains, from fantasies,
From criminals, from fallacies,
From family or friends,
They might appear only at the end.
From mountains, from cities,
From ugly, from pretty,
From bravery, from fear,
From far, or from near,
They can do little, do greatness,
Have purpose, be aimless,
Take action, help around,
Care for others, or just speak out.

And maybe they’ve simply done the best that they could,
But always remember: 
No matter how much or little of it there may be,
What makes a hero a hero is the presence of good.

There’s no need to chase the skyline
For a pile of broken dreams,
But this world needs heroes,
And that hero could be you.
