I spend a lot of time reading Sci-Fi but lately i've been getting back into Fantasy novels. 
I'm really big on LoTR and i wanted to expands a bit more on my previous drum and bass tracks with something a bit more intimate.

So I watched a documentary about the origins of Dubstep and it really changed my opinion on the genre as a whole.
I was compelled to take a stab at producing something deep but with a lot of wubs. 
I want to share this with you.

So, I was up late the other night drawing and listening to some mixes by some of my favorite drum & bass artist ands i was really feeling it. 

so instead of jumping on Ableton, i listened carefully to the mix and i began to take notes on certain things i liked. 

After about an hour or so i had a complete list of elements i wanted to use to create  a song with and i stuck to it!

I wrote these two songs while working with a friend on some music for his game. Total time id say about two months I would spend the day with him at university. This started when I was still working on Perfect World. My main focus on this was a strange interaction I had with another student. I knew nothing about her and found myself playing some sort of game of cat and mouse, often exchanging glances. I took what I could from the experience. It was silly but it hit the spot.
