This track was initially created for my Alias project. However, during the production stage, I opted not to use it as my alias song but rather for my project under the name Wels. I'm genuinely very proud of this song, and I can certainly tell that in my six years of making music, I've made significant progress. I'm excited to present my new song, Phantom!

A quiet winter tableau in sound: starling jays drop in and out of frame, snow drifts down in slow sheets, and the world narrows to a fence rail, a handful of peanuts, and the soft rhythm of returning wings. The album moves like an ambient video loop—calm openings, small bursts of activity, then long, clean space—ending with a gentle fade into pale air.

The Fence Line Feast

This project grew out of quiet routines early walks, empty rooms, places passed through without much notice. The music stays simple on purpose. Piano leads most pieces, with light strings or a single woodwind appearing when the space feels right.

These tracks aren’t meant to tell a story or pull attention. They sit in the background and leave room for focus, reading, or reflection. Each piece is tied loosely to a place or moment a park at dawn, a street after rain, a coastline seen from a distance small scenes that don’t ask for interpretation.
