Growing is a weird thing, man
All I know is that

I can play the character I know they want me to be
Play nice and follow the rules to fit society
Or I can be my true self and I'll be turning some heads
Live a life explaining myself, but at least a life I won't regret

I'm not sure about the rest, but I know my number one priority is family
Growing up is weird, 'cause no one teaches maturity
Instead they teach conformity, a false sense of security

I really struggle with the concept of authority
"If you listen well, you'll get the grades to go to university"
But there are people who can't get minimum wage jobs who finished two degrees
In what world is that security? Seriously?
