I loved recording this mix for many reasons.  First and foremost, I've always loved Ang's tracks, they epitomise the bassline house scene.  You'd hear Ang's tracks without fail every weekend in northern underground clubs.  There aren't many other producers with the same notoriety as Ang when it comes to producing a genre defining sound.  Secondly, I was always mesmerised by Ang's ability to produce a track, literally smashing out riffs on the piano in seconds.  I'd be sat in her studio in awe whilst she built a track from start to finish, seamlessly transitioning from organ and pianos to warping basslines.  She's an absolute musical powerhouse!

So turn it up loud and settle in for the journey through some of Ang's greatest tracks, from her very early stuff, to unreleased gems, right through to upfront productions.
