The ever-foggy view and the liquid atmosphere promised calm and general silence. But, just contrary, lost beats and broken patterns emerge from beneath the entropy of the forest, from every fern shaking and it screams from the distance like a high definition, silent river. 

This is a collection of recordings in different days, spots, weather and machines through 2020 and 2021 to be arranged later on again around the summer months 2021 into a single trekking day following the music.

You could still say that Gytis Simanavičius takes his first steps in the scene. And you’d be right in terms of when he has been spotted and started playing music in better known locations – Kablys, Vasaros Terasa, Supynes Festival – the list is only starting. And yet, his sound is more mature than many other DJs nowadays, probably because he has spent many years defining his taste in music firstly at home. Slowly gliding through modern classic, ambient and deep techno, S Gytis encapsulates the listener in a warm feeling of good memories, propels the mind into the state of daydreaming and calmness.
