Hip stands for Art Hop for Expression
Born and raised in the depths of southern Germany, in a place known as “the Black Forest”. 
He wasn’t even born, but instead surrounded by music. The fact that his mum extensively listened to music during her pregnancy with him, is the main reason that music has been a constant influence in his life even to this day. Jazz, Soul, Blues, Funk also Reggae, Hip-Hop and RnB was introduced to him from the very beginning of his life. The beginning of his musical journey started when he took up the Saxophone. He formed his first bars at 14 and recorded his first track at 15. 
The music he creates is influenced by many genres and forms the bulk of his character. M.G.King / ColorMan, two names for one person, a sign of schizophrenia? No, it’s simply denotes the type of music he wants to create, sometimes rough sometimes smooth, sometimes chilled but often thoughtful. He does not stick to a specific Hip-Hop subgenre, he instead constantly discovers new worlds and tries out what he likes, from ol’ school rap to Lo-Fi Hip-Hop and drill, everything is a possibility. 
The strong connection and love for London is what gives his music a special touch. Relaxed with a teaspoon of craziness, but without a doubt unique.
