I had forgotten all about this song, My brother found an old copy of my EP "All Grown Up Now" and hearing it sure brought back some memories! Anyway, I re-recorded it and added a little break towards the end. I dunno- I like it. All my stuff sounds like 80's music and this ones no different. Thanks for listening!

I Wrote this for my Step Daughter, Amanda, back when she was little. Her "Father" had promised to spend the weekend with her. She packed her little suitcase and waited all day for that guy. When she finally came in and called his house, she was told that he had gone fishing for the weekend with his pals. He had forgotten all about his promise. She was devastated.

For my unborn son, Cayden. Mom was 3 weeks late at this point. So I wrote him this tune and sang it to him (to his Mother's tummy) until he decided to come out. Guess he had had enough of my singing!
