Michael Helton, known by the rising artist name of MHELT, invites his audience on a journey through the senses with his masterwork of anthemic vocals, emotive swells, and glimmering synths. Supported by the likes of mau5trap’s Rinzen, MHELT’s signature experience has become a nexus of peace, hope, and euphoria, yet reflects the inner wrestlings we all go through that makes us human. So where did this journey through hypnotic soundscapes begin? After years of self-taught production, Helton enrolled in Icon Collective, one of the biggest music production schools on the west coast. There, he fine-tuned his production ear and developed his sound design prowess, earning him a nomination for the prestigious award of  ‘Most Improved Student’ of the class of 2020.
