This album length set of linked instrumental pieces have all been written during  Covid19.  Their focus is on escape and exploration - even if vicarious.  Inspiration is drawn from the irreplaceable Carl Sagan (Pale Blue Dot), by the exploits of SpaceX (Multi-planetary) and NASA(Bennu) and the literary talents of authors such as Arthur C Clarke and Ray Bradbury (Rockets).

Multi-Planetary AIRPLAY BBC INTRODUCING THE SOUTH AMAZING RADIO US

Professor Carl Sagan was a brilliant American astronomer, novelist, planetary scientist, astrophysicist, astrobiologist... the list goes on.  Carl Sagan's (only very slightly abridged) Pale Blue Dot Speech remarks on the image Voyager 1 captured as it left the solar system - an image Professor Sagan was instrumental in achieving.  His meditation on our humble place in the universe inspired inspired this music which weaves itself around his words.  This piece of music was written to these powerful affecting words.  If the music has any value it is certainly a case of borrowed grandeur.  It is also very rewarding of course to read or hear it without any music.
