After appearing with a feature on the latest Paax (Tulum)’s release on Sirin Music, Stefan Obermaier is up for a solo EP ¨Matang¨. He has built a name for himself with remarkable releases that are constantly played around the globe. The in-demand remixes he has delivered over the years include labels such as Armada Music, !K7, Scorpios Music, Compost Records, Music For Dreams and many more.

Stefan effortlessly manages to fuse the funky & dubby sounds of his native Viena from the mid-nineties with a more energetic, strictly future bound tech approach combined with traces of organic soulful spirituality. His music is a blend of deep and uplifting vibes, wrapped in his unique sound signature.

“Matang and Satya are the results of all my influences and vibes I took during the last year”, artist says, “packed in a deep and funky, dubby and kinda mystic shell”. Stefan Obermaier - Matang (Slow Nomaden Remix) [SIRIN055]

Hailing from Koh Phangan, Thailand, Vakabular joins the Heinz Music family with a solid 3-tracker EP. Known for his driving beats and captivating melodies, Vakabular demonstrates his mastery in evolving soundscapes leading us through the release. “Time is Out” is a dreamy title track with a rogue bassline giving the track a fierceness that is accompanied by sweeping melodies and textured vocals.

The second track “Style” has a slightly more upbeat and progressive tone to it, with playful stabs leading us into an all-embracing synthworld in a pure and ecstatic break that will leave you breathless. Last but not least, “Kassaro” takes the lead. An energetic groove and rumbling bassline creates the perfect frame for rolling percussions and joyous vocals, underlined by a beautiful melody.

British talent JOBE delivers a sure-fire floor-filler as reinterpretation of the original Lights Out getting even more presence for the robotic voices. Third rework counts on the rising genius David Granha who takes Discovery to his dark tech-house side. Breakdowns are favourite plates for him, and he proves again his surprising strength on this remix.

Rising out of Israel's electronic underground and making their microcastle debut are Kadosh & Nariz. Beginning with the rolling beats, exotic drums and tonal creativities of the title cut, the Israeli duo aim squarely at a peak time dance floor. 
Berlin's Ruede Hagelstein delivers a stunning take on 'Orot'. Taking a deeper, dubbier and decidedly more subversive approach, Ruede crafts a lovely complement to the original. Perfectly sculpted beats and rippling bass swells create a massive sense of space, while reprocessed elements and iridescent pads add a free flowing narrative. Percussive flurries play off darker shades and tones, before the main break adds just the right amount of warmth and tension to ignite a dynamic finale.
