The sequel to “King Daddy”, “Red Bottom Shoes (You Lie)” reveals lies & betrayal King Daddy inflicts on Mia. Although hurt, Mia puts her foot down; confronting King Daddy’s infidelity, refusing to let him fool & control her anymore.  
Downtempo groove with a bit of hip hop / trip hop beats, this song features rapper Biggjake for the trip hop version of  this song.

The second track in the anthology album “Red Bottom Shoes” the song “King Daddy” introduces the budding love between Mia & the character “King Daddy”; a love that eventually ends in betrayal in the following song. 

A bit of big band / swing with some downtempo jazz & sultry vocals, “King Daddy” is music you can groove to.

Livid & full of rage, Mia symbolically becomes Medusa; giving fair warning to King Daddy (or any man for that matter), to keep their distance from her or else they will be “turned to stone”.

A funny rap between two best friends, “Ride or Die” is Mia’s dedication to her childhood bully turned Best Friend of 40 years.  “Ride or Die” is a tribute to 80’s rap, 80’s style & the loyalty of a sisterhood.
