Clever. Versatile. Deep. These are just a few words to attempt to describe Mia Stokes. Best known for entertainment marketing endeavors behind the scene, she has stepped from behind the curtain and begun to take center stage.

A Houston native, with quite the back story, she began a love affair with writing poetry at a young age. She kept most of her work private as well as her vocal talent until entering A Fine Arts Magnet middle school and majored in Theatre. Focusing on Improv, Sketch Comedy, and Musical Theatre allowed a special creative honing to flatter her natural talents. After graduating from Texas Southern University with a degree in Marketing and completing an internship with Interscope Records, she began to utilize the Rolodex of industry professionals in her possession.

Mia Stokes’ biggest accomplishment to date is variety of entertainment endeavors attached to her portfolio of work. It is all encompassing of a creative artist: from modeling to music, to writing, to on – air hosting for REVOLT TV- she transitions and adapts with her own flare as her guide. It has steered her into the current stream of work in front of the camera as you may find her as a Media Personality for D-Mars.com, interviewing the top business professionals of Houston as they are awarded for their commitment to our local community. She turns no avenue down - only requiring that the vision be in alignment with her innovative spirit and positive energy.
