This is the censer of pure gold bearing the aroma, in the hands of Aaron the priest, offering up incense on the altar.

Taishouri - This Golden Censor

هذا الذى أصعد ذاته ذبيحة مقبولة على الصليب عن خلاص جنسنا.
فأشتمه أبوه الصالح وقت المساء على الجلجلة.

This is He who presented himself on the cross; an acceptable sacrifice for the salvation of our race.
His good Father inhaled His sweet aroma in the evening on Golgotha

أيها الإبن الوحيد الجنس وكلمة الله الذى لا يموت الأزلى القابل كل شيء من أجل خلاصنا المتجسد من القديسة والدة الإله (الدائمة البتولية مريم)2.
بغير استحالة المتأنس المصلوب المسيح الإله. بالموت داس الموت. أحد الثالوث المقدس الممجد مع الآب والروح القدس خلصنا.
قدوس الله الذى من اجلنا صار إنساناً بغير استحالة وهو الاله.
قدوس القوى الذى اظهر بالضعف ما هو اعظم من القوة.
قدوس الذى لا يموت الذى صلب من اجلنا وصبر على موت الصليب وقبله فى جسده وهو أزلى غير مائت.
أيها الثالوث القدوس ارحمنا.

O only-begotten Son, the eternal and immortal Word of God; who for our salvation did will to be incarnate of the holy Theotokos (and ever Virgin Mary)2.
Who without change became man and was crucified, the Christ God. Trampled down death by death. One of the Holy Trinity, who is glorified with the Father and the Holy Spirit, save us.
Holy God, who being God, for our sake, became man without change.
Holy Mighty, who by weakness showed forth what is greater than power.
Holy Immortal, who was crucified for our sake, and endured death in His flesh, the Eternal and Immortal.
O Holy Trinity, have mercy on us.

The golden censer is the Virgin, her aroma is our Savior. She gave birth to Him; He saved us and forgave us our sins.

Tishouri - The Golden Censor

In this Rite, the prayers are divided between morning and evening. In every prayer, there are five hours, that is, five morning hours and five evening hours. The hourly prayers of the Agpeya are not prayed throughout the week because they include psalms that prophesize on the life, death and resurrection of Christ. Meanwhile, the Church is only focusing its attention on the pains and death of Christ. For this reason, the Church has arranged a specific order of prayers for this great week.

The word Pascha is a Hebrew word meaning “Passover”, referring to the passing of the Angel of Death over the Israelites when killing the firstborn of Egypt. In the rite of the Holy Pascha, the prayers of every hour start with the prophecies, followed by the homilies of the hour, if any. This is followed by the Paschal hymn :wk te ]jom , which is chanted 12 times, instead of the Psalms of the hour. The Psalm is then read in the mournful tune, followed by the Gospel and the Exposition of the Hour. At the conclusion of the five hours, the Litanies (Morning or Evening) are prayed, followed by the Concluding Prayers of the Passion Week. It is of merit to be aware that for the prophecies, homilies and expositions, there are specific hymns for the introduction and conclusion of each. In addition, there are specific rites for each of Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, and Joyous Saturday.
