C’est le documentaire Netflix du moment. La puissance de leurs algorithmes permet aux médias sociaux de collecter nos données personnelles. Elles formatent les contenus auxquels nous sommes confrontés afin de mieux capter notre attention et notre temps et in fine nous manipuler. Bref, au cas où vous en douteriez encore, la technologie n’est pas neutre.
Dans cet épisode, Raph et Matt analysent ce documentaire et réfléchissent aux biais spirituels qui nous rendent esclaves de Facebook, Instagram et autres réseaux sociaux. Ils nous proposent également quelques pistes pratiques pour nous délivrer de leur emprise.
