To celebrate Saint Jean Baptiste Day, which is a big deal in our hometown of Montreal, Turbo took over Piknic Electronik for a major Quebec outdoor party vibefest. It was a blast, another in an endless sequence of amazing hometown shows that always reminds me why I still live in Montreal. Here is my closing 2 hour set in its entirety, starting with Let's Go Dancing and ending with Clouds.... with a whole bunch of good tracks in between. Thanks to Piknic, and the Turbo crew, and of course my home town.

Since last summer I’ve been playing HYBRID sets, which is a half LIVE / half DJ set. Basically, arranging and mixing parts and phrases for a LIVE set, but not limiting myself to only my music. Unlike a normal DJ set, you don’t have to play the full track… just take the parts that fit and mix them into the LIVE parts that are being played. This way nothing is off limits and creates a much more dynamic experience from start to finish.
