SCAR are back on Headz with their most accomplished EP to date. 
The release kicks off with 'Caged', a subbed out banger with skipping drums and rave stabs and mid range accents. Confident and bashy, it's sure to be a big tune. 
Track two is 'Free Fall' w/ Artificial Intelligence where both production duos team up on a stepping track with screwface bass. The mood is lightened by the vocal refrain gliding over the top bringing another element to the track. 
'Your Move' follows, a soulful jungle track , it’s all about the light pads Vs the rough drums. 'Fall From Grace' takes the jungle aesthetic and pushes it further with clever edits and big basslines. 'Return To Swerve' says exactly what it does on the tin- takes it back to the days where the soulful mid weeker reigned supreme, a great end to a great EP.

Ever the evolutionary, UK electronic music owes more than it perhaps knows to the forward thinking aspirations of Sully. As a producer he has ridden beneath the current, making music true to himself rather than hype or style. As a result he is fiercely supported by many who feel more credit should be due. Henry Greenleaf lands on Par Avion next month with his much-anticipated debut 12" 'Fold Together'. Drawing on everything from techno and electro to jungle and 2-step, the young Bristol producer unites these genres under his tough yet textured UK production style.

Our premiere pick is 'The Way', a minimal, dubwise roller with stylish drum programming that acts as a superb demonstration of Greenleaf's patience and versatility. Play this one early doors to start ramping up the energy.

Next up to the DRIFT stage we welcome Brighton based Geety. The liquid Drum & Bass producer has been steadily releasing a wonderful catalogue of deep soulful cuts over the last two years and first landed on our radar with his superb track 'Burning'. With releases on ProgRAM Records, Nu Venture Records and Liquid Brilliants, he is going from strength to strength. His most recent project, a collaboration with Dan Guidance and Joshua, is due out shortly on Rotterdam label Celcius Recordings and is sure to be a continuation of his trademark sound.

During his mix, Geety draws on some of favourite mellow tracks from the last two years. Jazzy pianos and soulful vocals are set against smooth, flowing breaks, taking DRIFT in a new direction by bringing non-club DnB to the series. The blends in this mix are brilliant, each song effortlessly flows into the next and creates a seamless hour long journey.
