My first results using the Sound Devices MixPre-D with an iPad3 running Auria to record sound at 96kHz / 24 bit.  I used a U87 with 80Hz low cut engaged for the voice recording and for the exterior recordings I used a Sennheiser MKH40.  I actually forgot to flip the low cut in on these recordings so added an 80Hz low cut in afterwards in Pro Tools using Q1.
