Originally released by Musical Freedom, the instrumental edit of Oliver Heldens’ deep house smash ‘Gecko’ has become a staple in club sets for 2014, peaking at #2 in the Beatport chart and garnering support from the likes of Pete Tong, Danny Howard and Zane Lowe.

The latest edit ‘Gecko (Overdrive)’, written and vocalled by Becky Hill during a late night recording session with MNEK, is being released by Parlophone’s new dance imprint FFRR. The track has already been coined the ‘Hottest Record in the World’ by Zane Lowe.

CamelPhat and Elderbrook’s modern Defected classic ‘Cola’ is remixed by powerhouse Ukrainian duo ARTBAT. Early support from the likes of Solomun initially led to ARTBAT being recognised as ‘Artist of the Year’ by The DJ Awards and Mixmag’s ‘Stars of the Year’ in 2019, and since then the producer duo have become certified giants of the scene. After changing the sound of clubbing here in the UK, the OG soared to the top of dance charts worldwide before receiving a nomination for Best Dance Recording at the 2018 GRAMMY Awards. The wickedly subversive record remains a favourite of dance music lovers today, with ARTBAT now adding their signature, main stage energy to ‘Cola’ in style; Elderbrook’s iconic vocal line remains at the fore, underpinned by expertly produced sections of build and release to set dancefloors and festivals alight for summer 2025 and beyond.
