This song helped me come down from a bad trip. I don’t know how I stumbled upon it in the moment but I’m forever grateful.❤️

Help is a mix made to Help in difficult situations in e.g. plant medicine ceremonies, and are as such a supplement to my long 7h+ 3-part ceremony mixes such as "Everywhere the Magic", "This Journey We Take" and "The End of the Beginning". These long journey mixes use - for the peak - an alternation between deepening/pushing music and comforting/holding music. But occasionally this will be to much for a ceremony participant. And then this mix can hopefully help to ground and make the situation bearable again. Many of the tracks have simple repetitive lyrics or mantras, which it also can help to sing along on.

And of course you are also just welcome to listen and enjoy the music, without the need for any Help ;)
