I don't have words to tell you how much you helps me and my friends to find internal peace. Life is hard (and beautiful at the same time), let's be good to ourselves and shine. Sharing is caring.

Hope is the feeling which can help us when things are difficult. It's an optimistic state where we find our belief in that things will turn better. A good advice for using Hope, is not necessarily to attach it to certain things nor times, but instead hope to achieve a specific inner state you want. In that way you can let the flow of the Universe flow freely and you will maybe discover that you can achieve that state you hope for in another way than you first had imagined. In the end it doesn't matter how we got fulfilled, but just that we did.
