JVS Cherishes His Woman In New Single “Ohemaa (My Queen)”

JVS shares his feelings with listeners as he sings about his girlfriend in this new song tagged “Ohemaa” which translates as “My Queen”.

The song off his forthcoming EP “Year Of Breakthrough” and the UK sensation describes her as the most wonderful gift that God has ever given to him.

El concepto musical del proyecto Mínimal es el de contextualizar el estilo minimalista representado por Piliph Glass, dentro de varios ritmos de la música popular y otros de la música clásica. La grabación pasa por cuatro momentos diferenciados, el primero incluye ritmos de la región andina colombiana, el segundo música popular, el tercer momento abarca el estilo barroco y clásico, y el último momento el rock. En la música al igual que en la vida, considero que la belleza es mayor y más fácil de encontrar en las cosas sencillas, aunque mucha gente lastimosamente, no es capaz de disfrutarlas. Sin caer en el facilismo, quise desarrollar un estilo minimalista popular que no raye en los extremos formales de ser demasiado repetitivo, ni tampoco saturado en ideas musicales diferentes, esto con el fin de crear unas composiciones interesantes al público, que vayan transformando las ideas musicales poco a poco, desarrollándolas y refrescándolas con pequeños cambios y que acerquen al público a la música clásica y a la música popular al mismo tiempo.
