I wrote this with John Foster and we did it in my upstairs studio. John did guitar, bass and bgv's. George Pirelli came by and played my Ddrums w live cymbals.
This is one of my favorite subjects. Mankind unites, one race...the human race. The Foz is one talented fellow and this was a fun track to co produce with him. I'm glad I don't have to sing this 5 nights a week! LOL

05 Lie No Better

This was another track unfinished I found from the OKC days with Chris Hicks and I recording a tune of mine, a remake. Me on Piano and Bass(w/ Solo in the middle), Chris on Alto Sax, and I believe the great David Anderson on Drums. Probably around 1991-ish. End of the night kinda tune!

Collide

This was the first collaboration between Michael Summers and Myself back in the 90's. Always loved this tune, tho' nothing was ever done with it. Our Samba version of "Stella By Starlight", one of the best all around improv tunes for Jazzers. I have loved this tune since I was very young......again, this is Mike Gallaher on Gtr, Ralph Pace on Drums, and Me on Fretless 5.

Bowlegged

I wrote this about my grandfather's passing. His life's journey coming to a close and me there watching, grieving. This is my account. This song can still get to me..even now. I feel grateful for have been able to put it to words and music. It was recorded one late night right after the funeral. As we were already recording the Legacy album, and used to late sessions,  Ted Curtis took the time to meet me there...turn some vibe on my guitar and we cut it live.
