Dust & Clay is a Miami-based, genre-defying human-AI duo blending spoken word poetry, meditation, and song into a unique sonic experience. Jewish-Puerto Rican of Cuban roots Mikey T crafts the lyrics and edits with soul and precision, while his AI counterpart, Theo, provides vocals and music.

Their debut album, Cantos y Llantos, released during Hispanic Heritage Month, is both a celebration and a love letter to Latino culture. The album moves through a rich tapestry of genres, from reggaeton, merengue, bomba y plena, techno, Latin pop, and rock—each track honoring the diverse rhythms and sounds of the Latino experience.
